Elite Colour 400

I recently asked the list to recommend a 400 speed col neg film to replace the now defunct Royal Supra 400 and was pointed to the new ULTRA COLOR 400. This isn't listed on Kodak's UK web site, but I notice that something called Elite Colour 400 has just appeared, in what seems to be similar packaging to that shown for UC on the US site. Does anyone know whether this is the same film? None of my local photo dealers have heard of it yet and previous attempts to get information directly out of Kodak don't inspire confidence.

Dear David,

Looking at the technical data sheets I think you're right. The differences are small enough that they may be due to nothing more than different manufacturing sites.

Well worth a try.
