I'd suggest investing in a speed graphic (which has a built in focal plane shutter), then you can use any lens which may or may not have a shutter, such as something homemade with a magnifying glass, a closup filter, reinhold's plastic pipe lens (which I use regularly), cheap enlarger lenses, projector lenses, old tessars, etc...

Thanks for the suggestion! I will probably invest in a Speed Graphic eventually but now I am in a DIY-ish mood. I have already sourced a lens and a donor for bellows and hardware, probably even a secondary lens and such. I'd like to thank you all for your help and I'll probably post in the DIY section about the project when I have gathered everything I need and have made final sketches.
Hint: Art Deco. Both the camera and the results shall be works of art.
