I remember when Kodak Ektar 100 first came on the market I read a statement from The Kodak corporation that said that the new Ektar 100 had the same grain structure and color balance as Ektar 25.

I dont know if the grain is as crispy as Ektar 25 in comparison. The 100 was fine grain, but the grain looked softer to me. I wouldnt say the colors are the same between them either. The colors on the new Ektar 100 are much better, cleaner, and brighter. Ektar 25 had more contrast to me and the colors were more muddy.
