Anyone out there shooting 127? I have had a 127 camera for a few years sitting on a shelf and I thought I should use it. I plan to shoot with the Efke R100. The camera is just one of the Brownie Bullet Cameras.

Occasionally. My little Rolleiflex "Sport" 4x4 is fun to use. (It's on the left in my avatar) I have some 12-15 rolls of Efke R100 in 127 in my freezer. It's a very forgiving film, and that's what you would want to use in a box camera. You don't have too many films to choose from anyway.

I just uploaded some pictures w/ this same film but in the 120 size if you care to see the values it holds. The effect in the shots are from a problem w/ the camera, not the film. So, please just judge the film by the tonal range it has and not the overall imagine if it does not appeal to you.

I am so excited to start to shoot with my little brownie bullet. It is so compact!

I dont blame you for being excited to shoot your collector camera, I find them crazy interesting . I just picked up a Duaflex at a yard sale, and even though its 620 I'm going to modify some 120 rolls to shoot it. The thought of shooting the boxes that my parents and grandparents used inspires me to new directions. Have fun, and post youults for us to look at.
Rick

I'm running a roll of Efke 127 R100 through a Brownie Vecta at the moment. Be interesting to see what happens.

In 127 there are only 3 "Custom made" films. The R100, a Maco Colour C41, and the Bluefire C41. Anything else, you're gonna have to respool, though I believe there are companies that will do that for you, so you can shoot stuff like Portra, or even E6

Where can you buy the Maco Colour?

127 Film

You're asking specifically about the MACO Color Film 127. It's ordering number is: UCN2015, and can be directly ordered through www.macodirect.de, if you enter under search on the starting page this article numer.

Cheers:wink:
