I agree-I spent years tinkering with films and developers with 35mm and there's only so much you can do with a small negative (contact prints from a big one are top of the pile IMO, even on horrid RC paper). But with careful technique you can get the best out of 35mm (I like PCAT HD or Barry Thornton's 2 bath formula) and make some fine prints.I used Neopan SS (100) in Mytol (XTOL clone ) for some recent PC exchange prints and the results look great. EFKE 25 has a nice old fashioned tonality and so far the QC seems ok.
