I ordered a cheap 82mm UV filter from eBay, for the beautiful Nikkor 50 lens that I bought from darinwc on apug, for my Bronica S2a. It was bin for $6 or so. I wasn't expecting much of a quality filter, but when I opened the padded envelope today, there was a brand new, well-packed and retail-packaged Kenko filter, marked made in Japan. :D

Kenko is Hoya's non US brand. It's much cheaper from eBay, but they have the same higher end Hoya models.

It was a buy it now, Brian. I'll pay it forward.

I have a Kenko 2x converter for Hasselblad that gave me sharp portraits with the 80, before I got the 150.

I am fortunate, just not the silver spoon kind from that song.
