but that's not the film we are using ... that is a specialty film
not consumer imaging or whatever they call it,
from what i understand ( which is very little because all the split-ups and sell offs
are very confusing for me ) is that kodak still makes still camera films ( analog camera )
as well as super 8 movie film ... but then again i could be confused ...

i keep looking on the cartoon network and don't see any advertisements so i know something's up ...
 
The "film-based part of this Kodak branch" is microfilm.
 
Kodak continues to get smaller. One day they are going to HAVE to sell off the film division. Kodak will simply not have much left over to sell.

Why would they boot their only profitable part? :whistling:
 
Because their CEO has stated that film is no longer a core business for Kodak. They do NOT want to be in the film business anymore.

He knows how to make money, unfortunately its for lawyers, accountants, competitors, wrecking companies, etc. Why is he still there?
