Hi Rob
It looks like I'm not going to be able to make it on Friday, which is a shame since the weather is finally improving. My wife has to do a trade show at Pensthorpe which means I get lumbered with all the shopping
We ought to keep on trying though: there are four of us (at least) here in Norfolk so it would be good to get together if only to compare notes.
A suggestion: If this type of event were to go ahead, it might be a good idea to do a South East and a separate East Anglia group depending on interest levels so as to keep driving, train, or cycling times reasonable for a one day "event".
Is anyone else in the middle? I suppose London qualifies but is that it?

Try as I might, my other half has been resolute in not attending so far. She is not a great fan of mono - although colour work occasionally gets commented on. I have also been trying to convince her to come to Ross - but am not wining that battle either.
Hi There, I'd be interested in an East Anglian group if any meetings happened to coincide with trips back home to Suffolk. Fingers crossed you can keep them up. Starved of analog over here.
Mel
I'd definitely like to get something going for the south east - perhaps covering sussex, london, kent and essex - I've been meaning to start something up for a while, but life always seems to get in the way. I've discussed it with Dave Miller and hoped it could be something along the lines of the East Midlands Mono Group that he is involved in - maybe a South East Mono Group (SEMG!) possibly with a focus on trad silver and alt process work only and avoid the digi stuff otherwise we'd get swamped.
So what's holding you back?
