I know this is a very open question, and maybe, I'll get a ton of opinions on who's best...but where should I get my 120 E6/C41 (Fuji Provia 400/Kodak Portra 160) developed and scanned? Any recommendations?

I'm unfamiliar with this process because I normally develop/scan/print my own B&W negatives, but I decided to try out color while I still can. And I wouldn't dare to do it at home.

I'd take a look locally for E6 development. For C41 soup/scan, Richard Photo Lab in LA is second to none if you value scans that require very little-to-zero adjustment in Photoshop. They might not be giant drum scans, but i've never seen anyone do color correction like they do. Even against my own attempts manning a Frontier.

Jose Villa exclusively uses RPL for developing and scanning, Jonathan Canlas uses them alot, Elizabeth Messina I think uses them exclusively too.
