E100 Latent Image Stability?

True. All of it. But I can see I’m not the only one confused by Phileppe and Sirius “advice”.
There is tendency these days to test the waters with something speculative or outrageous and then swiftly declare it “a joke” when people balk.
Schrödinger jokes.

Best to tell jokes about yourself. It's never funny to the guy who slipped on the banana.

Pretty sure Sirius was serious with his suggestion (regardless of how strange it may seem to anyone).

More humorous than serious. If someone goes many years to shoot a roll of film, a certain level of desperation must creep in.

Well, there are often cultural differences between what is found hilarious and an outright insult. What the Brits find politely diplomatic, the Dutch find deceitful. And what the Dutch regard as honest, the Brits regard as rude. I don't think there is even a term for "tact" in Dutch. My sister, being married to a Dutch professor, sure learned that early on. Likewise, a lot of impatiently curt city dwellers can't appreciate all the story-telling that rural types often find the key to trust and socialization. I've had to live in the extremes of both worlds, so know the mantra. Blue collar settings survive on raw humor and practical jokes; and anyone too sensitive for that is not apt to last long. On this forum, we need to even accommodate "squares" concerning their own gear preferences.

Bookmarked.

Well anyhow, I probably won’t seal the Ektachrome camera in a plastic bag. In Salt Lake City (which will be renamed Salt Dust City when the lake dries up) the humidity levels typically hover between scratchy throat and cracked skin.

It helps when the only color is you know black and white!

Don't most of us tone our "black and white" prints? I'm pretty fussy about the final look, and it pretty much squelches the notion that color vision doesn't count in black and white technique. You can obviously even choose from "warm" and "cool" papers to begin with.

All right, I guess you never learn anything if you don’t try. One of the local shops got a shipment of E100 so I loaded my FE with a roll. Should have results before the end of the year if I can spot enough color…
