Dusty F Prisms

I have 2 prisms for my F, and somehow over the years plenty of dust has gotten in them. Does anyone have a clever way to get all the small dust particles out? They are both the normal, unmetered prisms.

Another option is to sell one of them to me and use the money to get the other one professionally cleaned
