Hello. I would love to make this thread about conversion, renovation and repairing this two machines because a lot of info about it is still missing online.
I am renovating RCP 20 and RCP 40 right now so can publish some photos from inside and we can have all info about it in this thread. Now I am 3D printing the wheels and the fan so I can convert it to RA-4. Can post here the process if somebody is interested or needs a help.

I have some questions first about repairing RCP 20 & 40.

1) Mine RCP 40 has one broken water pump (I think it is the motor/engine) coz there are some crackling when the machine is turned on and the water is not flowing. Do somebody know how to replace it – where to search and for what exactly? I suppose I need to replace the motor or some repair can help?

2) Does anybody know what exact material should be used to replace the plastic hoses used for the chemicals so it's safe?

3) What chemicals should I use to clean the grease from plastic gears? And what grease should I use to lubricate it? I read that lithium grease or one with petroleum should not be used on plastic? Or silicone?

Thank you for your advice!
Michal
