This F5 is in good working condition, I have used this mostly with my 300/4 and 85/1.4. It does show wear marks, but nothing that hinders the function of the camera. Does not come with the strap, if you are worried about the weight I advise you to get one of these sling straps (I use an optech) it really lessens the weight even with the 300/4 attached.
