There's a wayyyy more impressive, more complete up-to-4x5 darkroom for sale in Chicago (for more money too - $5000!) that is advertised regularly on craigslist and never sells. If it included the room itself I'd buy it I just have nowhere to put it ;-)

It's not on there right now but next time it shows up I'll post a link here.

As you say, he's definitely pricing his gear too high, thus the fact that this ad has been running unchanged for like a year now. But if you really wanted it, it would be worth making him an offer...
