I didn't realize that mocking digital equipment on APUG was a failing.

Then you do not understand the purpose of APUG.

APUG is a pro-analogue photography forum. That does not mean it is anti-digital.
As for criticising your photography, I have not looked at it, so I have not commented on it.

I use the ASMP (http://www.asmp.org to get access to their goods you may need to be a member ) as my information source regarding images that I use for commercial stuff and for art I simply assume that anything goes (ignorance maintains my bliss).

Thanks JD, this is a great link I was unaware of. So far it doesn't look like I need to be a member to read topics in the "Legal Community" area. I haven't gotten far enough to tell what it takes to become a member, but I am not part of the media. There does seem to be an amazing amount of helpful stuff here though, thanks again.

Since when did the amount of photographs a person uploads to the web make them a better photographer?

By that standard, I must be a lousy photographer
