DoF tables - Fujinon W 300mm lens on 8x10

Does anyone know where I can find DoF tables that cover stops above f32? I found the excellent www.dofmaster.com site but the tables on there only go up to f32. Specifically, I would like to know the hyperfocal distance at f45, f64 and f90 for a Fujinon W 300mm on 8x10. If no tables exist is there an on-line calculator that is simple to use? If all else fails I will have to brush up my maths and work the formula...ugg!

https://fcalc.net/ has f45 and f64 but only goes up to 4x5. I have an older version for Windows that shows 8x10 and 11x14.

Understand that ordinary DOF calculations assume POOR EYESIGHT in the viewer...whereas our optometrists strive to achieve 20/20 vision which is three times better than what DOF tables assume for the ability of the eye+brain to perceive a circle of confusion as a disk rather than a point.

• Assuming 'manufacturer standard', 150mm lens on 8x10 camera at f/11 says DOF zone is 15' to Infinity, when lens is focused at 30'
• Assuming 20/20 vision, 150mm lens on 8x10 camera at f/32 says DOF zone is 15' to Infinity, when lens is focused at 30'

Anyone wanting f calc version 1.14 for Windows pm me for the link.
It covers up to f90 and 11x14 format, the newer version only goes to f32 and 4x5.
