Does Flexicolor Lorr 1.2 litre size starter go bad?

Bottle of starter looks clear, but notice the expiration date on the bottle is 2018-02.
Still have plenty left as we have only made two batches of Kodak's 5L Flexicolor LU Developer Replenisher (4X5L) out of it.
What are your thoughts...
