Yes but we must admit that the 'flu infected' remark gives Drew's scenario that George A. Romero/Night of the Living Dead sort of subtle flavour that is mostly absent from our old (though still valuable) youthful Christmas day misanthropic recollections.
The link I received takes me to the UK site, and as per usual you can buy direct just view the product you want and there's a button to Add To Cart, I tried it, and it's working and is on all products.
There used to be a separate Online shop link, it's intergrated now.

It may be working for you, Ian, but for whatever reason, it ain’t working for me
n summary either Harman has made a bad job of its offer by accident i.e. not made it user friendly by accident or has adopted what appears to be a new policy of confining its offers to members only
So the best that might be said about the offer as it stands is that it was intended only for those who are already members and receive Harman offers.

I don’t think there is such a thing as ‘members’. There are ‘subscribers’ to the site: those who have ordered there before, or engage with the ‘community’, and have stored their details for future ease of use. I am a subscriber, and as a result do receive Harman news and offers. But this one is not working for me.
I suspect there is something going on between the site and today’s security-conscious browsers. Harman’s website people need to know that.
Member seemed a reasonable word to convey my meaning but yes subscriber may better describe what you and I are
I take it from what you say that when you attempt to order and reach the check-out you see no sign of a "discount code" into which I assume the code given to subscribers in an e-mail should be placed ?
If this is the case then yes what you see and what I see is different
I'll leave it to you to decide what if anything you wish to do about it

Or option three - that Harman encourages registration as a member by extending members-only perquisites.
Sorry, I didn’t mean to be pedantic, just pointing folks to the terminology Harman use, because signing in is a possibility. However, I don’t even get the chance to ‘add the basket’, whether I’m signed in or not.
My intention here on Photrio was not just to have a moan to forum members, rather to try to get a message where Harman/Ilford might see it.
Isn't that what I said, Matt?
