The developer is generally a solution homogeneous and so I do not suspect from impurities.
At your images to me it seemed a bit high grain and I wondered if you overdevelop film, or is a correction of digital editing.
Somehow his answer to your problem failures (points) I think you've given yourself.
I understand with the English I know, the last film came out undamaged except for two frames.
If so, it may be a fault in the film.
Even if the film development is the last phase which is in the dark does not mean that certain defects are caused by development.
Faults can be reported only after developing and bringing to light.
If I understand correctly from what you can write to the Ilford about these failures.
It is better to specify in great detail how you developed the film.
Developer what your used, time and temperature of developer.
See if used developer is in the list recommended by Ilford.
