Hi , im working with canvas photos and im wondering does anyone know where to edit photos like this ( persons on photo ) ,i only know that this is some aplication or some AI

I assume he means how you can isolate the faces from a set of separate photographs and then put them into a collage.

Im not talking about isolating faces,its about "cartoon" edit,they are a little bit edited to look like oil painting or something

Keep searching internet for same, there are on line programs that will do that, just use search phrase as it comes to your mind.
