These last days I've been crossing emails with Andreas, a really kind guy at Kaiser Technical Support (great service!) and he's been serious help...
1. Using the diffuser plate (in the photograph) in my enlarger, produces uneven light (they have tested that at Kaiser), so that's not an option.
2. He recommended the 129 Heavy Frost filter (gel) for the filter drawer: it seems it can deal with the high heat there...
3. As another option, for being placed where the diffuser plate is placed in the Multigrade9005, he recommended using a piece of difusser glass...
As I know someone here who works on "sanding" glass, I'll ask him to make a couple of glass pieces with different degrees od diffusion, and test them...
I'll write here if new data appear... Thanks everyone!

[Kaiser Technical Support say:]

So Kaiser installed in their heads a pyramidal diffusor plate that they tested to by contraproductive.

I find that puzzling. Do I overlook something? Is that plate only a accessory for certain uses?

@AgX I think what Kaiser are saying is that using the special built-in pyramidal diffusor plate (that is used in the cold light heads e.g. multigrade head, colour head) with a head that uses an incandescent light source (such as the OP has) produces uneven light. Kaiser are suggesting that a flat piece of diffusor glass placed above the condenser would work better. Presumably the difference is due to the different types of light source; mirror cold light vs direct incandescent bulb.
