Differences between Sekonic 308b, Sekonic 308s and Sekonic 328?

Dear Friends,
I was searching for a new (used) cheap light meter and I found those alternatives to my nearly out of order 328. I mean the 308b and the newer 308s, and 328, what are the differences between those 3 models? I shoot both sunlight and flashlight.

The 328 is long discontinued - you also need to buy an accessory to do reflected metering and the reliability is not exactly the greatest in reputation
