Difference in Leitz Wetzlar Focotar 2 lenses

I have a 50mm f4.5 Focotar 2 lens that I am considering selling. When I look on eBay there appears to be at least 2 versions of thee lenses. One sells for $300 to $00 dollars and the other for under $100. Mine is the one that sellers for more, however I would be interested in knowing what the difference is other than price. Any ideas?

There is only ONE version of the FOCOTAR 2! Selling price depends upon condition, of course.

You are so right, I was looking at both the focotar and the focotar 2. The 2 does seem to bring a higher price. BB

There's also a 100mm Focotar-2, maybe easy to overlook. To add to the confusion, there's a Focotar-1 2nd version which has a large front glass element (also dubbed Focotar LFE). That one is sometimes (incorrectly) advertised as Focotar-2.

There's also a Focotar 3, which is a Focotar 2 w/illuminated f-stops-only a few were made.
