Long time listener, first time caller, I'll make my comment and listen to my answer off the air, thanks !

As the title says, did you make any exposures today, if so what were they of ? The camera type does not matter, no camera, that's fine, latent image only > COOL !

What exposures did YOU make today ?

I snuck into a hotel with a MF camera went to the top floor and photographed the city out through the window. It was done on PanF so I have to process it quick !

You ?

Nope. Sorry.

But I looked at one of my cameras.

Oh, well... does an iPhone picture count?

Several iGizmo shots of an apparently hot Super Bowl Party down the road from me (or maybe they roasted yesterday's groundhog). (Purportedly a chimney fire.)

I went to Louisville KY and had lunch at Joe's crabshack by the banks of the Ohio river. Paddle wheel river boats, lots of sunshine. I tried out a Agfa Solinette that I have had for 25 years or more, first roll. I went in the Frazier Museum and viewed a lifetime photo exihibit by Ms. Bruckhiemer, southwest, S/E southern states. Enjoyed the warm sunshine. I hope everyone enjoyed this day and I hope this old camera will come through with some nice photos.

Visited my buddy and took pictures of him at the grill and in his woodshop. Some shots of his cat.

ESII stopped working (obvious when needle doesn't move) so I switched to manual, took a couple shots, cleaned the battery contacts and got it going again for the woodshop pics. I knew they were not great photos, I was caught up in the moment again like usual and when I get in that mode, I am not very professional.

But knowing what I know now, I used a Weston Master II to check proper exposure and for some interior shots, I changed ASA when I knew the shot needed a quarter second (and 4x compensation wasn't enough)... instead of letting the camera blindly give me 1/30 second because of the averaging meter picks up on the bright windows.

(The ESII will only give you down to 1/15 manual, so to get any slower speeds you have to use the electric shutter. When I was younger and it was my main camera, I'd get lots of underexposed pictures because I didn't assert my will on the camera like I did today).

I'm 24 frames into a roll of Ektar, shot around the house, couple a day of hardly any merit but for quirky all hours lighting...will scan and print each one as a cram course in color neg and often large aperture...I know how they all would work with digi, Ektachrome, and HP5.
