This is a scan from a print I did myself in the colour darkroom. As you can see there is a mysterious "V formation" in the sky. the "spheres" have a halo around (it's not very noticeable on the scan).
These dots are visible on the negative. I exclude for obvious reason to be some dirt on the film, and if it was dirt on the lens it wouldn't have been in focus. The rest of the frames on this roll are perfect with no dirt or other similar issues. It could have been dirt on the film at the moment of exposure although unlikely. What do you think caused this? UFOs?

If something was stuck on the film while being developed it would end up as a clear spot on it. As a result, you'd also get a dark spot on the print.

yes it could be that. I never had this problem before but it is the only thing i can think of that might have caused this issue. Or some imperfection on the emulsion

A coating defect could give another explanation, but it's much less probable IMHO. By the way, what film is it?

Also, the chances of a defect occuring go WAY up if the photograph is a good one.

The light defects at the top of the image appear to be a fingerprint. The dark spots look slightly like air bells, but maybe are too small for that.
