"The exhibition includes approximately 170 photographs from the 1930s to the 1980s, by pivotal artists such as Brassai, Larry Clark, Todd Ehret, Robert Frank, Lee Friedlander, Charles Gatewood, Les Krims, Danny Lyon, Sally Mann, Bill Owens, Cindy Sherman, Jeffrey Silverthorne, Weegee and Garry Winogrand. Included are 43 classic Arbus images, such as A Jewish giant at home with his parents in the Bronx, N.Y., 1970, and Identical twins, Roselle, N.J., 1967."

Free entrance on Thursday's, otherwise $7. Closed Monday's

Wow. What a roster of photographers. If any of you should go, please make sure you are really happy before, because (IMHO) the subject matter will not be "bubbles, puppies and rainbows". It will be dark, challenging and definitely not an "up with people" exhibition. Probably just the reason you SHOULD go. Maybe the word iconoclast fits. Go, make up your own mind.
