Developing exposed and expired color film (C41) ?

Is it worth developing some old exposed color film I found in my house ?
Its approximately 10-14 years old.
1x Kodak Gold 100
2x Kodak CN400

Absolutely. The images will be a little degraded, but surely it's worth the $15 or $20 in lab fees to know what's on there?

What about changes in the process itself for better results ?
Using C41 with separate bleach and fixer like flexicolor...

In minutes.
Pre-wet 1
Developer 3.25
Bleach 6.5
Wash 3.25
Fixer 6.5
Wash 3.25
Stabilizer 1.5
Dry 20

Developer must be in 100F, but others can be varied between 75-110.
Should times be adjusted ?
Should a rinse be made between developer and bleach....and if so....water or a stop bath?
Should stronger chemicals be used like ones from c6 ?

C41 should have separate bleach & fix; combining them is a generally bad idea and any commercial lab will be doing them separately. However, the age of the film doesn't have any bearing on the effectiveness of bleach & fix.

If doing the film yourself, you could maybe extend the developer time slightly to make up for a possible loss of latent image, say to 3:45 or maybe 4:00. They should still scan OK but might be more difficult to make analogue prints if you do that.

I wouldn't bother adjusting the process at all. Just develop them as recommended.

Rinsing after developer is fine and will extend your bleach life a little, but doesn't really matter. Water makes a fine stop-bath. Don't use E6 chemistry, it's not the right stuff. Wrong dye couplers, etc, and you don't want reversal, etc.
