I doubt there is cause for concern. However, I will ask.

One roll of Tri-X expired in the 1960s and the other is a fresh, unexpired roll. I have never developed fresh and expired film in the same tank...is there any risk here? I imagine not.

I am using a 1000mL solution of Legacy Pro L110 mixed to dilution E.

No - other than the facts that:
1) the recommended development time for 1960s era Tri-X could very well be quite different than the recommended time for the current product - there has been some fairly important changes in that film since I was in elementary school!:
2) you won't be able to adjust the time, temperature or agitation in the hope of compensating a bit for the likely higher fog levels in the old film.
