I use Beseler and Unicolor drums with motor bases. I use 200ml of developer per drum for four sheets, and can do eight sheets at a time by staggering the start time of the second drum by a minute or two.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe new ones are still in production anywhere. However, there are many available for sale at reasonable prices at different online locations. Here's an (English language) eBay search for "film hangers." The various Kodak #4A hangers are the ones most people use.

Target (and other similar outfits) sell 6x9 trays in their "kitchen drawer organizer" area; they are black with heavily textured grey rubber in the bottom, and--for developing a sheet at a time, at least--they are great for 4x5 and 5x7. Also, they stack one inside another with a 1.5cm (or so) gap, so after immersing a sheet of film and stacking a tray on top, the rest of the development cycle can be done with the lights on. It's ideal for development by inspection.
