The 3005 is supposedly for 8x10 and 5x7. Is there a reason why Jobo doesn't mention 4x5 also? Both 5x7 and 4x5 have a five inch side. Has anyone done this? Am I missing something?

Good luck non-destructively extracting the developed sheets when they've shifted to the bottom of those 10-inch deep chambers during processing. It can be quite a challenge even with 5x7.

Sal, that is one thing that worried me a little and your post confirms my fears. You are quite right about the challenge with 5x7. Perhaps I will pass on attempting 4x5 with this drum, unless anyone here has a brilliant solution.

Exactly, which is your problem then. For 4x5" and 5x7" use the smaller expert drum.

The problem is simply cash flow. I can't afford another drum right now.
