I'm trying to determine my Rolleiflex model. I found on this site http://www.rolleirepairs.com/models.htm (the serial of my model is 2436158) by its serial number that it is Rolleiflex 2.8F although it is f/3.5 Planar (the upper one is 2.8 Heidosmat) so you can imagine that I am confused. I attached the photo of it but I don't know if it will help...

I think you may have a 3.5E there, I don't think the F series have that type of self-timer. Can you show us where you're reading the serial number from?

OK, so I read the lens serial. The camera serial (the one on the hood) says 1769142 so it seems I got an Rollei 3.5E, like Richard said. Thank you all for your help!

No problem, happy to help. I have a 3.5E Planar too. Terrific performer.
