Apparently, the Wikileaks Sony leaks also contain the email exchange between Amy Pascal (former Sony CEO) and Jeff Clarke.
As far as I could tell, as per the final agreement Kodak commits for the next 2 years. I don't want to post a link, it's very easy to find-

That tells us only how long Sony signed up for. We don't know whether the other studios' agreements are of the same, shorter or longer duration.

The ultimate answer will become known only when all such agreements expire and Bldg. 38 stops making film. Until then, it's pure speculation.
 
Emails are normally followed up by a paper contract with many weasel words. Eg if building 39 was hit by asteroid...

I used to buy only 2nd sourced components...

Likely the other large studios will have followed for the reduced rates that would follow.
