DESPERATE for help with RZ and self-timer rig!

If anyone can truly help me I will be so grateful,
I need to know if there is anything out there that will
make my RZ pro II do a self-timer function, any little
gadget or device that will actually WORK, please tell me
about!

Prontor made a cable release with a timer built into it and there are some small timers that will screw into a cable release receptacle for not much money.There may be some problem(?) or not with the length of stroke and whether it will go far enough to trip the camera. Most of them are adjustable.
