What is the normal density of 120 Tri-X film base & fog?

Eastman Kodak Co. states log 0.23 for base density. Fog is not their business.

Only as a memo for Kodak ciné film users: Plus-X and Tri-X reversal films have the same base as the negative counterparts, so about 40 percent of projection light is lost to the base plus the highlights are covered behind it.
