What is the normal density of 120 Tri-X film base & fog?

Base fog density will vary with developer and amount of development and the age of the film. There is no one answer to your question.

Your question presupposes the means to measure the density yourself. So, just measure FB+F for your developer/film combo. Barring larger problems, that would be your "normal."

If your results are in question, then that's another matter. If your readings are really high, you may be fogging your film somehow. Maybe a more detailed question would get a more targeted response?
