i am going to try developing two rolls of film useing pyrocat hd . 1 roll is delta 100 the other is fp4+ . they are 120 film. can anyone give me an idea as to what times to use i will be developing in small tanks. .

Hello,

I've standardized on Delta 100 for my 120 film cameras and Pyrocat HD is my standard film developer. Processing in a small tank is done at 72 F, and my dilution of Pyrocat HD is Sol A 10 ml; Sol B 6 ml; water to make 1 liter total volume. Overall development time is 18 minutes. Constant inversion during the first minute, 7 inversions at the 6 and 12 minute timepoints. Using this procedure, I find that highlights are well controlled and I get good shadow detail. The negatives print easily for me, so long as I haven't screwed up the exposure somehow.

Hope this helps.

Best,
Daniel
