Hi folks, what is going on with my TX400 developed in Rodinal, using illford stop and rapid fix?

I wonder if this yellow junk is because i had recently re-mixed my stop bath? I was careful with the volumes, but maybe I messed up?

Any chance of saving the negative?
Thanks!

It's your fixer. Your film should also be clear, not purple. Tmax films tend to use up your fix faster than just films. Mix up a fresh batch, and run the film through it again to clear the dyes, and hopefully the yellow.

A pre-wash will remove a lot of the anti-halation dye, (purple). It also may be underfixed as Andrew said.
My experience as well. It is a while since I used Tmax as it just became too expensive but if I recall it needed at least two soaks. The first soak say 1 -2 mins with agitation removed most and the second soak for 3 mins removed the rest.

It isn't T-Max, it is Tri-X.
But it hasn't been completely fixed.
Which may be contributing to the purple.

Yup. Thanks. Text is too small on my phone.
