Dealing with big rolls of photo paper

I have one and if you reinforced the lateral guide, it would make a fine bulk paper cutter, as well as cut up to 40 inch mattes.

Logan even sells a glass cutter for it, so you can accurately cut picture frame glass and even ground glass with ease.

If you use a straight edge like a mat cutter, consider as well a powered rotary cutter like this: https://www.amazon.com/2354-12-Power-Screwdriver-Cutter-Attachment/dp/B00S0DY3LQ/ref=dp_ob_title_hi
You will need to disable the light!
