Hi,

I would like to know if someone has a technical drawing about how the (bike) chain must be hanging inside the chassis which connects to the 2 wheels to move the head.
I have the general documentation, but there is no explaination about how the chain must be inserted.

Thanks.

I have a 5108 but the chassis are the same. The gear cogs are quite logical, I managed to get the chains back on mine quite easily without a manual, the chains need to go round the bottom cogs first then over the top ones.

My manual is in storage but I will see if I can find it later this morning.

Ian

Thanks Ian,
The problem is where te chain is going in the middle part where the wheel must be running over it.
The chain is not like a bike, but is somewhat loose hanging at the bottom.
that is why is suspect that i did something wrong here...

It sounds as if you have the chain going down on the wrong side of the drive cog. If you get it on the right side of the middle cog, the chain is put under tension which allows it to be driven by the wheels on the baseboard.
