This is a brand new Datacolor S5CAP100 Spyder5CAPTURE PRO Color Calibration Kit, with the lens calibration tool, Spyder cube for white balance, color checker and monitor calibration device. I bought it new about a year or so ago for $270 but the analog darkroom has taken all of my time and energy so I never used it. Other than the missing white wrapper, it is totally brand new, including the silver case and software serial number.
