Fortunately, Belmont is just one town over fromthe dining destination of MetroWest...WALTHAM! There is a good instance of at least a dozen different cuisuines...Mexican, Italian, Indian, Thai, etc., etc.Suzanne Revy said:Trying to keep this get together free, but I'm sure drinks and/or dinner would be a good idea for those giving a demo, and maybe a small fee to cover costs of materials.
Thanks!Suzanne Revy said:Pete... consider yourself signed up!!

I'm going to assume there will be about 10 people? I will bring all the equipment and materials for both 35mm slides and 120 transparencies. I just need a long table, an nearby outlet and a place/another table to dry the results. Plus I will need hot water (doesn't have to be running).Suzanne Revy said:Those of you have have volunteered to demo anything, let me or Whitey know if there's anything beyond the usual darkroom supplies that you might need. Art?

Unfortunately, as many already know, I won't be able to make this one as I will be surrounded by a sea of boxes. We are moving to new digs on Thursday so Saturday will still be chaos. The good news is that the new digs include a reasonable sized darkroom (6x14), a good sized office and finishing area (18x24) and a huge open space (28x32) without obstructions, with a lighting grid that will serve as studio space and can also double for classroom activities. The studio will follow the other space by some two months but should be ready to go before the snow flies. Additionally, there are some great hiking trails on the property, even some that lead to old ruins, a nearby pristine pond, etc. We will be using the space for Fine Focus and Digital Workflow Workshops and it will be open for APUG and WENELF activities as well. So Suzanne, start thinking about NH in the Winter.
