Situation: (This is possibly UK specific)

I'm considering using 5000K 20-30W CFs for my main white darkroom / workshop lighting, in addition to a 100W halogen for instant on / off use.

The 5000K / 26W CFs Retrophotographic / Fotoimpex sell appear to have an edison screw cap fitting and I'm having difficulty finding standard edison cap lampholders (Google, RS Components, B&Q Warehouse etc.).

Maplin sell a BC (bayonet) to EC converter, but this costs 4GBP, I'll need 8 of them, and the standard BC lampholders cost about 3GBP.

Any suggestions of where I might be able to find UK edison cap lampholders?

Thanks,

Tom.
