I want to thank APUG members for their quick response to my ad. The entire darkroom has been committed to a group wanting to start a community darkroom .Which is all that I had hoped for.

Make sure they're not scammers planning to sell it on ebay. Not that I'm mistrustful or anything.

Wayne has got it right, many times I have seen people buy something on Ebay just to turn around a few weeks later see it relisted for a higher price.
