Final solution gets blue with out UV.
You need to tell us more about your process such as which chemicals and pictures of what has happened without U.V. before we can really help

At what point does it turn blue? Directly upon mixing, after a certain time of storage, or when being applied to paper?
How long did you store the final solution?
It it turns blue on the paper without UV it is likely something in the paper. I’ve had that issue.
Turns blue staight after mixing. Before apply on the paper.
Looks like your FAC is compromised somehow (UV exposure, heat, etc) producing ferrous ions which would react with ferricyanide in solution making it blue. Get a new supply if you can or follow the procedure discussed in this thread (with appropriate precautions) and see if you can make the current one work:

My Solutions A and B look alright on their own (25g FAC and 10g Pot Ferrocyanide each in 100cc distilled water). However when I mix them to make sensitizer a...www.photrio.com
Directly upon mixing. It takes around 30 seconds.
Verify that you in fact have ferricyanide (CAS 13408-62-3), and not ferrocyanide (CAS 13408-63-4). This mixup has occurred in the past if memory serves, and it gave similar problems.
