Credit Card Payment Page is not working

I wanted to renew my subscription with Mastercard but webpage is not filling the numbers and is not changing from visa card
I think new server change effected this page. Please have a look at it. And reply me here.

Same problem here: My subscription expired on 13 August; I have been trying (unsuccessfully) since. What gives? Form locked on "Visa" but will not take card number, etc.

-I'll add that I have been getting a few payments from the system lately so did not have any idea it was a problem. I really hate x-cart so if this is going to be an issue I will start looking at hosted ccard processors and get that running asap.
