cr123a to 2cr5 adaptor?

Well, are there any adaptors around that converts 2x cr123a to 1x 2cr5? Google didnt give me much..
Or am I destined to try and create my own adaptor?

I made my own but nothing fancy. I just shoved some brass in and old housing. Works fine.
