Welcome to APUG;
This looks exactly like the one I have on my CPE-2 PLUS. I think the lift is what is meant by "PLUS". Without the lift the unit is simply a CPE-2 The starting price of $50 is amazingly low and I don't expect it will sell anywhere near that.

The CPE-2 has a straight motor shaft, the CPE-2+ has a tapered shaft, and the clamping screw is different. The drive cog from the lift must match the shaft or it won't fit. I have seen lifts intended for the 2+ that need a different drive cog to fit a CPE2. Not the most common thing to find.

I think about putting a lift on my CPE2, but the only lifts I have found are for the Plus. You may be lucky, though.

I was able to order the proper drive cog for mine from Omega Satter. But that was a couple of years ago at least. The lift is the same either way, it's just the cog that is different, as I recall.
