CPAC Imaging Color Chemicals

I have acquired some CPAC chemicals from a local source and I'd like to use them for C-41 and RA-4 processing. The processor is Jobo CPP2 with lift. The chemicals I have:

Some questions:
1. What is the difference between CN-41 and TL-50?
2. I think the bleach I have is for the Fuji film. I'll need the right type of bleach.
3. For RA-4, do I need to buy the developer starter? Or the replenisher will do it?
4. What is the shelf life of the developer pack in fully sealed container? Some said it is a year. That means I can't use the developer any more.
5. I need to buy the stabilizer for the film. Do I need the stabilizer for the prints? Or water rinse will just do it?

3 starters are used to get fresh batches "normal".

Normal for C41 and RA4 is "as if it has been used and replenished for a while", replenished lines are the norm. If you are not replenishing you may see slight changes in color balance from fresh to used to exhausted.

4 a year for the developer is reasonable, I wouldn't necessarily quit there though. I would though do an unimportant roll first with older chemicals, if it looks normal press ahead. The rest of the C41 chemicals are very stable, even mixed; they should be replenished before each run. Again the norm for C41 is a replenished line, not one shot.

5 no need for RA stabalizer, it's actually used instead of a rinse in certain minilab machines.

Thanks for the great info. Since I have the ColorPac RA pack, I should be good now with RA-4. I think I'll need the stabilizer for the CN-41. It is good news that I do not have to buy new bleach. Its smallest case costs more than $100.

I have several exposed rolls that from the cameras I purchased before. I'll try them with the chemicals I get..... Time to put them into some use.

Trebla is Albert spelled backwards. Albert was the name of the founder, or at least one of the founders of Trebla. Albert had a non-compete clause in an employment contract that stipulated that he could not use his own name if he left the company (Kodak I believe) and started a his own company, so when he left his previous job to start Trebla he just reversed the letters in Albert, and voila, the company was not named after him, though his name was in the company name if you knew where to look.

Tom was the name of the founder of CPAC.
