Hi all,
I recently bought a fixer test kit, to ensure that my fixer is always in good working condition.

Basically, the kit measures the ph value of the fixer, as well as the silver content - but the instructions don't tell me what the correct working ph value (range) is.

Can somebody shed some light on this for me? The fixer in question is Calbe A300.

Thanks!
Søren

'morning Søren...

According to this (page 4 of 6), it should be 4,6, but I wouldn't worry about it. Just use a stop bath and everything should be fine.
