Does anyone make a cool light head for the old Omega B22?

John:

Arista (I believe) made one. I swear I've seen them come up on auction once in a while. If you already have the B22, I'd do a search. If not, the Beseler 23C (with a cold light) is an alternative.

Another alternative if you already own a B22 and have all the carriers, lens boards etc, is to try and find a Chromega B. All the same accessories, and the color head will give you much the same results as a cold light. Plus, if you find one, they'll probably give it to you.

I have a Omega B22 with an Aristo cold light head. Have been using it for over 20 years and am on my second lamp replacement, They still make them, they fit inside the condenser housing quite nicely You can get them direct from www.aristogrid.com or their representative.

John, I have a cold light head for sale in the APUG classified that would work in your B22.
